Optimus Digital Suite LLC (“we”, “us”), also doing business as Optimus Dev Studio, builds websites, apps and automations for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, book a call with us or text us, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, project type and message.
Booking a call: your name, email, the time you pick, and, if you give it, your mobile number and whether you agreed to receive texts.
Text messages: your phone number and the messages you send us.
Site analytics: anonymous page-view counts from Vercel Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

2. How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and talk about your project.
To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you book.
To send project updates you asked for.
To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We do not send marketing blasts, and we never buy or rent contact lists.

3. Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, either by checking the consent box when you book a call or by texting our business number first, we use your number only to reply to your request and to send updates about it, such as booking confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at optimusdigitalsuite@gmail.com or (763) 276-6722. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use a few service providers only to run our own business: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (our database), Google (calendar invites and email) and Twilio (text messaging). They process your information on our behalf and not for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records while we are working with you and for a reasonable time after, so we have a record of what we discussed. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we have to keep it by law.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing optimusdigitalsuite@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting.

7. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 13.
